Skip Beat is a lively story with a good storyline. The main characters have complex backgrounds which are revealed gradually as the story develops. The story is filled with funny moments. It also shows how people change with different experiences and how their opinions change with time.

The art is beautiful and fits the story. The chibi in the story enhance the story and leave the readers laughing loud. These chibi are the highlight of the manga. The various emotions of the characters are expressed lucidly through the lines as well.

Skip beat is simply hilarious. I would suggest this story for readers who would love to read funny, very funny stories with cool characters.
