She doesn’t interact with others a lot and just observes her classmates from the sidelines. Eventually, she becomes the “Strategist” for Cultural Affairs Department and starts getting involved and tries to solve love issues, club rivalries…. Tsubaki is in love with Kanoko due to her unique nature. But she is extremely thick-skinned to realise it. The story revolves mostly around the heroine getting embroiled into different problems and the solutions she comes up with.
The story is a mixture of suspense, comedy and romance. The different elements of school life are used in an interesting way to create the story. The exchanges between Kanoko and Tsubaki are funny. The art is average but it suits the story as it is not a typical shojo manga. Once in a while there are too many panels in a page, but overall the story gives a good reading experience. The story flows well and the characters are not rushed into the story either.
I like this story mainly because of the proud and talented Kanoko and the subtle romance between the main characters. I would recommend this manga (Koi Dano Ai Dano) to those who would like to read a unique shojo manga which is funny with an enjoyable storyline.
